I don't know if that is a normal reaction, but it was emotional and I felt nearly the need of shedding a tear somehow.
I mean the story for me was a bit sketchy, but once you get into and focus on it, you can certainly "feel" the atmosphere and the compassion of one to another.

Anyway, it is beautiful even if it doesn't look like it.
